Announcement on the Establishment of the "Tebbit Guardian Fund" and the Launch of the Assistance Program for Victims of Counterfeit Platforms

Dear Users,

Recently, Tebbit has discovered that certain unauthorized individuals and organizations have maliciously impersonated the "Tebbit," "TEBBIT," "TB," and other brand names. They have stolen or closely imitated Tebbit's logo, product interfaces, app icons, website designs, promotional materials, and brand information. By creating counterfeit websites, fake apps, imitation platforms, fake platforms, or Ponzi schemes, they mislead users into depositing, investing, or transferring funds.

Some counterfeit platforms even impersonate Tebbit's official customer service, employees, agents, community leaders, or partners, falsely claiming they have official authorization from Tebbit or that they have investment, cooperation, agency, technical support, or other affiliations with Tebbit.

Tebbit hereby solemnly declares:

Any websites, apps, communities, customer service, agents, or investment projects not explicitly confirmed by official Tebbit channels do not represent Tebbit. Any payment collection, transactions, fund aggregation, withdrawal restrictions, or other activities carried out by counterfeit platforms are unrelated to Tebbit.

To assist genuine victims in reducing losses and to combat brand counterfeiting, Ponzi scams, and false advertising, Tebbit has decided to officially establish the Tebbit Guardian Fund.

Users who suffer actual principal losses due to counterfeit Tebbit brands, unauthorized use of Tebbit logos, close imitation of Tebbit product interfaces, or impersonation of Tebbit official personnel and partners, upon submitting authentic, complete, and verifiable evidence and passing the review, may receive a guardian fund of up to 100% of the verified net principal loss.

1. Initial Guardian Fund Arrangement

The initial assistance arrangement of the Tebbit Guardian Fund is as follows:

• Total initial guardian fund amount: 100,000 USDT;

• Maximum assistance in the initial phase: first 100 applicants approved;

• Maximum guardian fund per applicant: 5,000 USDT;

• Once the total fund amount or number of assisted applicants reaches the limit, the initial assistance plan will conclude;

• Applications that meet criteria but do not enter the initial disbursement list may be placed on a waiting list for subsequent fund arrangements;

• Placement on the waiting list does not imply Tebbit has promised disbursement nor that the applicant will necessarily receive guardian funds later.

1. "First 100 applicants approved" means those who have submitted all required materials, completed identity verification, counterfeit relationship identification, fund verification, loss calculation, and anti-fraud review, and have officially passed the review as the first 100 applicants.

2. Registration time, time of entering the application page, time of receiving application number, or first incomplete submission time do not guarantee assistance quota.

3. If the initial 100,000 USDT fund is exhausted before all 100 assistance spots are filled, the initial plan ends early; if the total guardian funds for the first 100 approved applicants do not reach 100,000 USDT, the plan ends after the 100th applicant is approved.

4. Submission of application, passing preliminary review, request for supplementary materials, or placement on the waiting list does not guarantee final approval or reservation of any guardian fund quota by Tebbit.

2. Guardian Fund Disbursement Standards

The verified net principal loss is cumulatively calculated according to the following tiers:

1. For the portion from 0 to 500 USDT: disbursed at 100%;

2. For the portion exceeding 500 up to 2,000 USDT: disbursed at 50%;

3. For the portion exceeding 2,000 USDT: disbursed at 20%;

4. Maximum cumulative guardian fund per applicant shall not exceed 5,000 USDT.

The guardian fund calculation formula is as follows:

Guardian Fund = Sum of (each tier's verified net principal loss × corresponding guardian ratio)

The final disbursed amount shall not exceed the applicant's verified net principal loss and shall not exceed the maximum limit of 5,000 USDT per applicant.

Calculation Examples

1. Applicant's verified net principal loss is 300 USDT: Guardian Fund = 300 × 100% = 300 USDT

2. Applicant's verified net principal loss is 1,000 USDT: Guardian Fund = 500 × 100% + 500 × 50% = 750 USDT

3. Applicant's verified net principal loss is 5,000 USDT: Guardian Fund = 500 × 100% + 1,500 × 50% + 3,000 × 20% = 1,850 USDT

Applicant's verified net principal loss is 30,000 USDT:

1. Tiered calculation results in 6,850 USDT, but due to the maximum limit per applicant, the final guardian fund is 5,000 USDT.

2. The "up to 100%" mentioned in this announcement refers to the 0 to 500 USDT portion of the verified net principal loss being eligible for 100% guardian ratio, and does not mean all applicants or all loss amounts will be disbursed at 100%.

3. Any promotional pages, pop-ups, posters, or event descriptions stating "up to 100% guardian fund" must be understood in conjunction with the tiered ratios, per-person maximum limit, initial fund total, and application conditions stated in this announcement.

3. No Additional Conditions for Receiving Funds

Upon approval, the guardian fund will be directly disbursed to the applicant's Tebbit official account with completed real-name authentication.

After disbursement:

• No additional deposits are required;

• No trading participation is required;

• No specified trading volume needs to be completed;

• No margin deposits are required;

• No need to invite friends;

• No need to purchase financial products;

• No lock-up period;

• Funds can be withdrawn according to Tebbit platform's normal withdrawal rules.

"No conditions" in this announcement means no requirements such as deposit, trading, turnover, invitations, lock-up, or product purchases after the guardian fund is disbursed.

Applicants must still complete identity verification, counterfeit relationship identification, genuine deposit verification, actual loss calculation, and anti-fraud review. Applications without complete evidence or those failing review will not receive guardian funds.

Tebbit will not require applicants to pay application fees, review fees, certification fees, taxes, unfreezing fees, or margin deposits to submit applications or receive guardian funds.

4. Situations Eligible for Guardian Fund Application

Applicants must meet all of the following conditions simultaneously:

1. The involved platform indeed engages in counterfeit Tebbit activities

The involved platform exhibits at least one of the following:

1. Unauthorized use of "Tebbit," "TEBBIT," "TB," or other names likely to mislead users into believing they belong to Tebbit;

2. Theft, imitation, or close replication of Tebbit's logo, app icon, website style, trading page, personal center, or product UI;

3. Use of domain names, app names, or social media accounts highly similar to Tebbit's official ones to mislead users;

4. Impersonation of Tebbit official customer service, employees, management, agents, instructors, community leaders, or partners;

5. False claims of authorization by Tebbit or existence of investment, cooperation, agency, technical support, or other affiliations;

6. Soliciting user funds under names like "Tebbit official project," "Tebbit internal channel," "Tebbit joint investment," "Tebbit node," or "Tebbit quantitative";

7. Copying Tebbit product interfaces, brand elements, or official promotional materials to reasonably mislead ordinary users into believing the platform belongs to Tebbit;

8. Other substantial counterfeit Tebbit brand fraud scenarios identified by Tebbit investigation.

Platforms merely containing "TB" in the name, mentioning Tebbit in chats, or having some common interface elements similar to Tebbit but insufficient to reasonably confuse ordinary users about platform identity are not covered by this assistance program.

2. Applicant has real, verifiable principal investment

Applicants must prove they indeed paid funds to the counterfeit platform, involved payment accounts, or designated payment addresses.

Account balances, profit figures, earnings screenshots, customer service promises, manual bills, or unverifiable screenshots from within the counterfeit platform alone cannot serve as proof of actual deposits.

3. Applicant has incurred actual net principal loss

The following situations may be considered as possible losses but still require verification and calculation as per this announcement:

• Counterfeit platform has shut down or is inaccessible;

• Counterfeit app has ceased operations;

• Platform customer service and related personnel are unreachable;

• Withdrawal requests have not been credited for a long time;

• Account has been frozen, banned, or cleared without valid reasons;

• Platform refuses withdrawal citing tax, unfreezing, upgrade, certification, or margin reasons;

• User assets have been arbitrarily deducted or transferred by the platform;

• Verified funds have been aggregated or transferred to fraudulent addresses;

• Other well-evidenced circumstances where principal cannot be normally retrieved.

Applications made before withdrawal requests or where funds can still be withdrawn normally, or applications made solely due to concerns about possible future platform closure, are not considered actual losses.

4. Applicant's identity reasonably corresponds to fund ownership

Applicant's identity information should generally match the following:

• Bank account payer;

• Alipay, WeChat, or other payment account payer;

• Real-name authenticated exchange withdrawal account holder;

• Actual controller of the digital asset withdrawal wallet;

• Registered account holder on the counterfeit platform.

If payment is made by relatives, companies, or third parties on behalf of the applicant, supplementary information on payer identity, fund relationship proof, payment authorization, and other review materials must be provided.

Amounts without reasonable proof of fund ownership or actual loss bearer will not be verified.

5. Applicant agrees to cooperate with the review

Applicants must complete Tebbit official real-name authentication and cooperate with necessary video verification, device verification, wallet control verification, on-chain verification, supplementary materials submission, and anti-fraud investigations.

Refusal to verify, inability to contact, failure to supplement materials within the stipulated time, or submission of materials with major contradictions without reasonable explanation may result in suspension or rejection of the application.

5. Materials Applicants Must Submit

Applicants should submit the following materials as required. Tebbit reserves the right to request additional necessary evidence based on specific cases.

1. Identity and Account Materials

Applicants must provide:

• Their Tebbit official UID;

• Tebbit account with completed real-name authentication;

• Valid personal identification document;

• Identity verification video recorded as specified;

• Tebbit official account used to receive guardian funds;

• Other identity verification materials as required by Tebbit.

Applications found to use others' identities, purchased KYC data, shared identities, forged documents, or where the actual applicant differs from the verified person will be directly rejected.

2. Proof of Counterfeit Platform

Applicants should provide as much as possible:

• Full domain name of counterfeit website;

• Counterfeit app name, icon, download link, or installation QR code;

• App installation package or source;

• Counterfeit platform account UID, registered phone number, or email;

• Contact information of platform customer service, agents, instructors, or group administrators;

• Chat records from Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE, or other group/private chats;

• Promotional materials claiming to impersonate Tebbit or asserting affiliation;

• Counterfeit platform payment addresses, accounts, and deposit pages;

• Other materials proving actual operation of the counterfeit platform.

In principle, applicants should also submit an unedited continuous screen recording fully showing:

1. Current date and time on the phone;

2. Entering the counterfeit app or website from the phone desktop;

3. Logging into the applicant's own account;

4. Opening the personal center and displaying UID;

5. Displaying deposit, withdrawal, and asset records;

6. Showing withdrawal failures or account restrictions;

7. Displaying pages where the counterfeit platform uses Tebbit branding.

Screen recordings or screenshots that are edited, spliced, have key content obscured, or have unverifiable sources may not be accepted.

3. Proof of Actual Deposit

For digital asset deposits, provide:

• Complete transaction hash TxID;

• Sender address;

• Receiver address;

• Transfer currency and amount;

• Transfer date and time;

For fiat or OTC deposits, provide:

• Bank transfer receipts;

• OTC order details;

• Payee name and account;

• Complete communication records with merchants or platform customer service;

• Subsequent on-chain records of digital assets transferred into the counterfeit platform after purchase;

• Other source and payment proofs as required by Tebbit.

Amounts without on-chain query, with incorrect TxID, mismatched receiving addresses, or only internal recharge screenshots without external payment records will not be counted as verified principal.

4. Proof of Withdrawn and Recovered Funds

Applicants must truthfully declare:

• All amounts successfully withdrawn from the counterfeit platform;

• Refunds obtained through the platform, agents, introducers, or others;

• Received rebates, dividends, or principal returns;

• Funds recovered by police, banks, payment institutions, or third parties;

• Amounts received from other assistance, insurance, or compensation channels;

• Assets still withdrawable or under actual control in the counterfeit platform account;

• Other related funds already recovered or recoverable.

Concealing withdrawn, refunded, recovered, or compensated amounts is considered a false application.

5. Proof of Loss and Inability to Withdraw

Including but not limited to:

• Withdrawal application records;

• Pages showing withdrawal failures or rejections;

• Records of withdrawals stuck in review for a long time;

• Records of account freezing, banning, or asset clearing;

• Complete chat records of customer service refusing withdrawals;

• Records of requests to continue deposits, pay taxes, margins, or unfreezing fees;

• Evidence of platform website closure, app invalidity, or personnel unreachability;

• Police reports, case numbers, or regulatory complaint records;

• Other materials proving funds cannot be normally retrieved.

6. Complete Incident Description

Applicants must truthfully explain:

• Time and channel of contact with the counterfeit platform;

• Information about inviters, introducers, agents, or instructors;

• Registration and first deposit time;

• Time, amount, and method of each deposit;

• Total deposited amount;

• Total successful withdrawal amount;

• Earnings, rebates, bonuses, or refunds received;

• Current platform displayed balance;

• Time when withdrawal became impossible;

• Reasons given for withdrawal refusals;

• Whether taxes, margins, or unfreezing fees were paid;

• Whether police reports or complaints were filed;

• Whether compensation or assistance was received from other channels;

• Whether any assets in the involved platform are still under control.

6. Calculation Method of Verified Net Principal Loss

The Tebbit Guardian Fund only assists with verified actual net principal losses and does not cover platform promised returns, book profits, false balances, or expected earnings.

The unified calculation formula is:

Verified Net Principal Loss

= Verified cumulative valid deposits

− Cumulative successful withdrawals

− Principal already recovered

− Rebates, dividends, refunds, compensations, and other fund returns already received

− Remaining assets that can be normally withdrawn or are under the applicant's actual control

The guardian fund calculation formula is:

1. Guardian Fund = Sum of (each tier's verified net principal loss × corresponding guardian ratio)

2. For the same applicant involving multiple counterfeit platforms, accounts, or multiple victimization records, Tebbit reserves the right to consolidate all eligible applications for calculation.

3. Splitting accounts, deposits, using multiple identities, or submitting multiple applications will not increase the 100% guardian tier for 0 to 500 USDT nor increase the per-applicant 5,000 USDT maximum limit.

4. "Single applicant" is determined by actual natural person identity, not by the number of Tebbit accounts, counterfeit platform accounts, wallet addresses, or application times.

5. For joint investments by spouses, relatives, company shareholders, employees, or others, each must separately prove their fund sources, ownership, and actual losses. If fund ownership cannot be distinguished, Tebbit reserves the right to consolidate or defer review.

6. For other digital assets or fiat currencies, Tebbit may convert to USDT based on reasonable market prices at the time of transaction, case acceptance, or unified calculation benchmark. The same conversion standard applies to the same case.

7. Amounts Excluded from Net Principal Loss

The following amounts are not covered under this program:

1. Balances shown on counterfeit platforms but not verifiable by external fund records;

2. Fixed returns, interest, dividends, or compound interest promised by the platform;

3. Book profits, floating profits, or virtual profits in accounts;

4. Normal market losses from contracts, spot, or other trading;

5. Losses due to leveraged trading, forced liquidation, or price fluctuations;

6. Platform bonuses, trial funds, coupons, or promotional rewards;

7. Referral rewards, team bonuses, or tiered commissions not actually invested;

8. Funds invested by others without proof of belonging to the applicant;

9. Amounts without valid TxID, payment records, or fund source proof;

10. Amounts already successfully withdrawn, refunded, recovered, or compensated;

11. Assets still controllable, transferable, or withdrawable by the applicant;

12. Expected losses due to exchange rate changes, coin price increases, or opportunity costs;

13. Expenses paid by the applicant to recover funds without proof of destination;

14. Other investments or platform losses unrelated directly to counterfeit Tebbit brand;

15. Other amounts determined upon review not to be actual principal loss.

8. Situations Where Applications Will Not Be Accepted or Funds Will Not Be Disbursed

Tebbit reserves the right to reject, suspend review, or dismiss applications in any of the following cases:

1. The involved platform does not counterfeit or substantially counterfeit the Tebbit brand;

2. Applicant cannot prove actual deposits;

3. Only platform screenshots are provided without TxID, bank statements, or other external payment records;

4. Funds can still be normally withdrawn or no evidence of actual loss exists;

5. Losses mainly arise from normal trading, price fluctuations, leveraged trading, or forced liquidation;

6. Applicant participated in counterfeit platform operations, promotion, recruitment, agency, technical development, or fund aggregation;

7. Applicant recruited downlines and received promotion rewards but cannot prove they are ordinary victims;

8. Applicant is an actual controller, shareholder, employee, agent, or related person of the counterfeit platform;

9. Applicant colluded with involved platform personnel to fabricate victim records;

10. Use of others' identities, purchased KYC data, or controlling multiple identities for duplicate applications;

11. Duplicate applications for the same loss via different accounts, identities, or channels;

12. Concealing withdrawn, refunded, recovered, or compensated amounts;

13. Submission of forged, altered, spliced, stolen, or fabricated materials;

14. Deleting key chat records, hiding fund flows, or refusing to provide original materials;

15. Failure to complete real-name authentication, video verification, or fund ownership verification;

16. Contradictory application materials without reasonable explanation;

17. Refusal to cooperate with anti-fraud investigation;

18. Maliciously fabricating facts, extorting, blackmailing, or threatening Tebbit under the pretext of applying for guardian funds;

19. Involvement with sanctioned, money laundering, theft, hacking, illegal fundraising, or other illegal funds;

20. Application submitted after the initial plan ends;

21. Initial fund total or number of assisted applicants has reached the limit;

22. Other situations where the application is deemed untrue, non-compliant, or carries significant risks.

Ordinary users who unknowingly shared platform information are not automatically considered promoters of counterfeit platforms. Tebbit will make comprehensive judgments based on participation level, profits, downline development, and knowledge of project authenticity.

9. Rules on Duplicate and Related Applications

1. The same natural person can only receive guardian funds once for the same loss event;

2. The same deposit record can only be used once for application;

3. The same TxID, bank order, payment order, or OTC order must not be declared repeatedly;

4. All Tebbit accounts used by the same applicant will be consolidated for calculation;

5. Multiple counterfeit platform accounts, wallets, or payment channels used by the same applicant are still counted as one applicant;

6. When multiple applicants claim the same funds, related applications will be suspended until fund ownership is confirmed;

7. Applications from the same device, IP, payment address, wallet cluster, or other highly related accounts may be investigated collectively;

8. Applications using multiple identities or third-party accounts for duplicates may all be rejected;

9. Applicants who recover funds after receiving guardian funds from platforms, agents, police, banks, or other channels must proactively notify Tebbit;

10. If subsequent recovered funds cause duplicate compensation with already received guardian funds, Tebbit may require the applicant to return the excess guardian funds.

10. Application and Review Process

Step 1: Submit Application

Applicants submit materials through the only official application portal announced by Tebbit.

Tebbit will not collect any application fees through private accounts, unofficial customer service, or personal wallets.

Step 2: Completeness Check of Materials

Tebbit will check whether the application materials are complete and preliminarily determine whether the involved platform counterfeits the Tebbit brand.

If materials are incomplete, applicants must supplement within the specified deadline after notification. Applications may be closed if supplements are not provided timely without reasonable explanation.

Step 3: Identity and Fund Verification

Tebbit will verify:

• Applicant identity;

• Ownership of payment accounts;

• Control over wallets or exchange accounts;

• Deposit records;

• Withdrawal records;

• Involved payment addresses;

• Amounts recovered or compensated;

• Other information related to principal loss.

Step 4: Counterfeit Relationship Identification

Tebbit will judge, based on domain names, apps, logos, UI, promotional materials, customer service scripts, payment methods, and user contact paths, whether the platform is sufficient to mislead ordinary users into believing it belongs to Tebbit.

Step 5: Net Principal Loss Calculation

Tebbit will determine valid deposits, successful withdrawals, returned funds, controllable assets, and actual net principal loss according to this announcement.

Step 6: Anti-Fraud Review

For large, batch, concentrated submissions, highly similar materials, or related applications, Tebbit may conduct further investigations.

If necessary, Tebbit may request applicants to:

• Supplement original device screen recordings;

• Export complete transaction records;

• Verify wallet control;

• Provide fund source explanations;

• Cooperate with video interviews;

• Provide police reports or complaint records;

• Make written statements on specific facts.

Step 7: Review Result Notification

Review results include:

• Approved;

• Request for supplementary materials;

• Review suspended;

• Partial amount approved;

• Application rejected;

• Placed on waiting list.

"Partial amount approved" means the applicant has verified losses but only part of the declared amount can be validated.

Step 8: Guardian Fund Disbursement

1. After approval and securing initial assistance quota, guardian funds will be disbursed to the applicant's Tebbit official account with completed real-name authentication.

2. Tebbit will not require applicants to prepay taxes, certification fees, unfreezing fees, margins, or other fees.

3. Anyone requesting users to deposit or transfer funds to private accounts under the pretext of "receiving Tebbit guardian funds" may be committing fraud.

11. Review Order and Quota Determination

To prevent malicious quota grabbing through blank, false, or incomplete applications, the initial assistance order is not determined by registration time, application page access time, or first form submission time.

Principally, assistance order is determined by the time applicants submit all necessary materials and pass formal review.

The review order may be delayed if:

• Materials are incomplete;

• Supplementary fund proof is needed;

• Wallet control verification is required;

• Related accounts need checking;

• Application amount is disputed;

• Multiple payers or unclear fund ownership;

• Duplicate applications or other anti-fraud risks.

Tebbit does not reserve fund amounts or assistance quotas for any applicant before approval.

If multiple applicants pass review around the same time but remaining funds are insufficient for full disbursement, disbursement order will be based on formal review completion time.

If the guardian fund calculated for the last approved applicant exceeds the remaining initial fund balance, Tebbit may:

1. With applicant's consent, disburse according to remaining fund balance;

2. Transfer the application to the waiting list for subsequent batches.

If the applicant does not agree to receive the partial amount, it does not affect their placement on the waiting list but does not grant priority for initial fund reservation.

12. Application Timeliness and Material Preservation

Applicants should submit applications during the initial plan's open period.

For platforms already closed or where evidence may be lost, applicants should promptly preserve:

• Complete website domain names;

• App installation packages;

• Page screenshots and continuous screen recordings;

• Original chat records;

• Deposit and withdrawal records;

• On-chain TxIDs;

• Payment accounts and wallet addresses;

• Group chat members and admin information;

• Related promotional materials.

Applicants should keep all original evidence and not only forwarded, compressed, cropped, or edited files.

Tebbit may reasonably adjust review cycles and disbursement timing depending on case volume, investigation difficulty, and fund arrangements.

Applications failing to supplement materials within the stipulated time may be closed. Re-submitted applications will have review order based on the time of complete re-submission.

13. Nature of the Guardian Fund

The Tebbit Guardian Fund is a special voluntary assistance program established by Tebbit to protect users and combat brand counterfeiting.

The guardian fund is a one-time, voluntary, conditionally reviewed, and fund-limited user assistance and does not constitute:

• Tebbit's assumption of third-party debts;

• Compensation for losses caused by counterfeit platforms;

• Deposit or investment insurance;

• Guarantee of any principal or investment returns;

• Recognition of any association between counterfeit platforms and Tebbit;

• Confirmation of applicants' declared amounts or claims;

• Assumption of related legal liabilities by Tebbit.

All payment collection, transactions, scams, illegal fundraising, or Ponzi activities by counterfeit platforms are independently borne by their actual operators and responsible personnel.

Providing guardian funds does not imply Tebbit's participation in the contracts, investments, or transfers involved, nor does it affect applicants' rights to report, complain, recover, or take legal actions against actual responsible parties.

14. Handling of False Applications

By submitting an application, applicants confirm that all provided information and materials are true, accurate, and complete, and agree to bear responsibility for any false declarations.

If during review or after disbursement it is found that applicants:

• Forged or altered evidence;

• Concealed withdrawals, refunds, or compensations;

• Made duplicate declarations;

• Used others' identities;

• Fabricated losses;

• Colluded with counterfeit platform personnel;

• Used technical means to forge on-chain or platform records;

• Split accounts, funds, or identities to repeatedly benefit from the 100% tier;

• Engaged in other fraudulent behaviors to obtain guardian funds;

Tebbit may take one or more of the following actions:

1. Immediately terminate the review;

2. Revoke application eligibility;

3. Cancel approved but undisbursed guardian funds;

4. Require return of already disbursed guardian funds;

5. Restrict related accounts from participating in this program;

6. Add related identities, devices, addresses, and accounts to anti-fraud lists;

7. Preserve evidence and report to relevant authorities;

8. Pursue legal responsibilities of involved persons.

15. Handling of Subsequent Fund Recovery by Applicants

1. After receiving guardian funds, if applicants recover part or all funds through counterfeit platforms, actual responsible parties, police, banks, payment institutions, insurance agencies, or other channels, they must proactively notify Tebbit within a reasonable time.

2. If subsequent fund recovery reduces the applicant's actual net principal loss, Tebbit reserves the right to recalculate guardian funds based on the reduced loss.

3. If recalculated guardian funds are less than already disbursed amounts, applicants must return the excess.

4. Concealing subsequent fund recovery is considered a false application and will be handled according to relevant rules.

16. Privacy and Use of Evidence

Tebbit will process applicants' submitted information for review, anti-fraud, brand protection, and legal compliance purposes.

By submitting an application, applicants agree that Tebbit may, within necessary scope:

• Verify identity and account information;

• Verify fund sources and flows;

• Analyze on-chain address associations;

• Contact relevant trading platforms, payment institutions, or service providers to verify records;

• Provide necessary evidence of suspected fraud to law enforcement, judiciary, or regulatory agencies;

• Include counterfeit domain names, apps, wallet addresses, and contacts in risk databases.

Without applicants' consent, Tebbit will not disclose full names, ID numbers, phone numbers, emails, full wallet addresses, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information in public cases.

Tebbit may publicly disclose case numbers, counterfeit platform names, fraud methods, verified loss ranges, guardian fund disbursement status, and typical anti-fraud features after anonymizing personal information for risk warnings and brand protection.

17. Fund Plan Adjustments

1. The Tebbit Guardian Fund will review and disburse in batches based on application volume, case authenticity, investigation progress, and fund arrangements.

2. Tebbit may adjust application portals, review materials, risk control standards, review cycles, and subsequent batch arrangements as needed.

3. Rule adjustments generally do not affect applications already reviewed and granted initial assistance quotas before adjustment; however, if subsequent fraud, duplication, identity misuse, concealed refunds, or other violations are found, Tebbit may revoke review results and recover disbursed guardian funds.

4. If laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, judicial investigations, major security incidents, force majeure, or other uncontrollable factors prevent continuation of the program, Tebbit may suspend or terminate it and properly handle already approved applications according to law.

18. Important Anti-Fraud Reminders

All users must recognize official Tebbit channels.

Tebbit official and Tebbit Guardian Fund will never:

• Request users to pay application fees to private wallets;

• Require users to deposit funds before submitting applications;

• Request payment of unfreezing fees, margins, or taxes;

• Ask for user account passwords;

• Ask for SMS verification codes or authenticator codes;

• Ask for wallet mnemonic phrases or private keys;

• Operate user devices via remote control software;

• Promise guardian funds without review;

• Have private customer service decide review results;

• Request users to continue depositing to counterfeit platforms for evidence collection.

If anyone requests passwords, verification codes, mnemonic phrases, private keys, or transfers under the pretext of applying for or receiving Tebbit guardian funds, please stop immediately and verify through official Tebbit channels.

19. Applicant Declaration

When submitting an application, the applicant confirms and agrees to the following:

1. I confirm that the submitted identity materials, deposit records, withdrawal records, chat logs, platform materials, and loss descriptions are true, accurate, and complete without forgery, alteration, concealment, or duplication.

2. I have truthfully disclosed all successful withdrawals, refunds, rebates, compensations, recovered funds, and assets still under control.

3. I agree that Tebbit may conduct identity verification, on-chain analysis, related account checks, and necessary anti-fraud investigations for this application.

4. I understand that "up to 100% guardian fund" is calculated according to tiered ratios in the announcement and does not mean all loss amounts are disbursed at 100%.

5. I understand the maximum cumulative guardian fund per applicant is 5,000 USDT, and the initial plan is limited by 100,000 USDT total fund and the first 100 approved applicants.

6. I understand the Tebbit guardian fund is voluntary assistance and does not constitute principal insurance, investment guarantee, loss compensation, or Tebbit's assumption of third-party debts or legal liabilities.

If I recover related funds after receiving guardian funds or if subsequent falsehoods, concealments, splitting, or duplicate declarations are found, I agree to return the corresponding guardian funds and bear related responsibilities.
