1. Scope of Application
This agreement applies to all user activities related to the use of event contract services on the TEBBIT platform.
Before participating in event contract trading, users should carefully read and fully understand this agreement, especially the clauses on risk disclosure, liability limitations, trading restrictions, and platform rights.
By submitting an event contract order or continuing to use related services, users are deemed to have agreed to be bound by this agreement and the relevant rules of the TEBBIT platform. If you do not agree with any content of this agreement, please do not use the event contract services.
2. Definitions
1. Event Contract: A fixed-risk contract product where users make judgments on the future price rise or fall direction of specific digital assets and settle according to preset rules.
2. Underlying Asset: The digital asset or other trading targets supported by the platform referenced by the event contract, including but not limited to BTC, ETH.
3. Contract Amount: The fixed amount paid by the user when participating in a single event contract trade, which is also the maximum possible loss of that order.
4. Expiry Settlement: After the contract reaches the preset time, the system automatically determines the result based on the order confirmation price, settlement price, and the user's predicted direction.
5. Fixed Return: When the user predicts correctly, they receive a corresponding bonus according to the fixed return ratio displayed on the order page; if the prediction is incorrect, the user loses the entire contract amount for that order.
3. User Qualifications
1. Users must have full civil capacity and meet the trading qualifications stipulated by the laws and regulations of their location.
2. Users must complete registration, identity verification, and security verification as required by the platform.
3. Users must not impersonate others, use false information, or participate in trading through unauthorized accounts.
4. Users should properly safeguard their accounts, passwords, and verification codes. Transactions completed through the user's account are generally considered to be operated by the user themselves.
4. Trading Mechanism
1. Event contracts are generally priced, paid, and settled in USDT, subject to the platform page display.
2. Users can choose the trading varieties supported by the platform, prediction directions, contract amounts, and contract periods to participate in trading.
3. Before placing an order, users should confirm the underlying asset, predicted direction, contract amount, contract period, expected return, maximum loss, and settlement time.
4. Once an order is confirmed by the system, it cannot be revoked, modified, transferred, closed early, or terminated early; it must wait for automatic settlement upon contract expiry.
5. If the user's prediction is correct, the platform settles according to the fixed return standard displayed at the time of order placement; if incorrect, the user loses the entire contract amount.
6. If the order confirmation price is the same as the expiry settlement price, or in the event of special market conditions, the specific settlement method shall be subject to the product page and platform rules.
7. Order status, transaction records, and settlement results are subject to TEBBIT system records.
5. Pricing and Settlement
1. TEBBIT may determine order prices and settlement prices using mainstream trading markets, third-party data sources, or data sources recognized by the platform.
2. The platform may use index prices, composite prices, weighted average prices, or other reasonable methods for settlement depending on the product situation.
3. In case of data source interruptions, abnormal prices, extreme market conditions, suspension of underlying assets, system failures, or market manipulation, the platform has the right to take measures such as delayed settlement, using backup data sources, re-settlement, canceling abnormal orders, or other reasonable actions.
4. Except for obvious system errors, the order settlement result shall be based on the price data recorded and recognized by the platform system.
6. Fee Description
1. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, event contracts generally do not charge additional transaction fees, funding fees, forced liquidation fees, or margin call fees.
2. Users only need to pay the contract amount once, which is the maximum possible loss for a single order.
3. When the user predicts correctly, they will receive a bonus according to the fixed ratio displayed on the order page.
4. The platform has the right to adjust the return ratio, transaction amount, and other product parameters based on market and operational conditions; the adjusted rules apply to newly submitted orders.
7. Trading Restrictions
1. Users must comply with the single order limit, daily limit, position limit, and daily loss limit set by the platform.
2. Unless otherwise specified by the platform, the maximum daily loss limit per user is 10,000 USDT, which may include settled losses and potential losses from unexpired orders.
3. Upon reaching or nearing the limit, the platform has the right to restrict the user from submitting new orders or adjust trading permissions.
4. The platform may set different trading permissions based on user identity verification, account level, risk rating, region, and trading behavior.
5. The single order amount limit is 10–1000 USDT, and each user may hold up to 5 open event contract positions simultaneously.
8. Abnormal Trading and Risk Control

10. User Obligations
1. Users must ensure that their account balance is sufficient to pay the contract amount.

5. Users should promptly pay attention to platform announcements, rule updates, and risk warnings, and cooperate with the platform to complete identity verification, source of funds review, and abnormal transaction investigations.
11. Risk Disclosure

5. Event contracts are not deposits, savings, or principal-protected financial products; TEBBIT does not guarantee principal, returns, or trading results.
6. Different countries and regions have different regulations on digital assets and derivatives; users should independently confirm the legality of using related services.

3. If direct losses are caused by the platform's intentional or gross negligence, the platform will bear corresponding liability according to applicable laws.
4. Within the scope permitted by law, the platform is not liable for indirect losses, loss of expected returns, opportunity losses, or other consequential losses.
13. Dispute Resolution
1. If users have objections to order prices, settlement results, or account records, they should promptly contact TEBBIT online customer service and provide order numbers, transaction times, and relevant evidence.
