Following a joint investigation by the platform’s technical and risk control teams, it was confirmed that the TNDR/USDT contract trading pair experienced abnormal K-line fluctuations during certain trading periods.

 

To maintain market fairness and ensure the security of users’ funds and trading order, the platform executed a unified rollback of the affected orders at:

 

🕒 21:10 (UTC+8) on December 15, 2025

 

I. Rollback Scope

 

This rollback applies to TNDR/USDT contract orders that were closed during the following time period:

 

December 15, 2025, 20:26 – 20:38 (UTC+8)

 

The relevant orders have been rolled back based on system records. Please refer to the actual changes in your account balance.

 

II. Processing Measures

 

In response to this incident, the platform has implemented the following measures:

All profits generated during the abnormal period have been deducted, while all abnormal losses have been fully compensated; All transaction fees incurred for the affected orders have been fully refunded to users’ accounts; Upon completion of the rollback, accounts will resume normal trading and withdrawal functions.
