[Important Notice] Announcement on Preventing Scams by Impersonating Official Staff and Fake Platforms
Dear Users,
Recently, the Tebbit Security Team has received reports from users across multiple regions worldwide regarding individuals impersonating Tebbit’s official staff and creating fake H5 trading websites using Tebbit’s brand and logo (e.g., tebtopbit.com and other non-official domains). These fraudulent platforms and individuals conduct scams through various methods, including but not limited to:
Inducing users to take loans or engage in high-risk leveraged trading
Requesting repeated deposits under the pretext of “tax payments” or “service fees”
Fabricating profit data to lure users into adding more funds, then seizing all user capital
Restricting or completely blocking users’ withdrawals
Posing as official customer service, managers, or analysts to conduct deceptive activities
These actions severely endanger users’ financial safety and damage the Tebbit brand.
To safeguard user interests, we hereby declare:
- Tebbit officials will never proactively contact users
Tebbit support staff will not contact users through WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, SMS, or any unofficial channels, nor will they request loans, additional deposits, transfers to personal accounts, tax payments, “unlock fees,” or any form of private transactions. Anyone who proactively contacts you claiming to be “Tebbit staff” is a scammer. - Tebbit does not operate any H5 trading websites
All Tebbit H5 trading pages circulating online are fraudulent.

Any other domain or H5 page is counterfeit—do not log in, deposit funds, or submit any personal information. - If you have been scammed, stop all actions immediately
If you have been guided to deposit, pressured to borrow additional funds, asked to pay taxes or fees, unable to withdraw, or have communicated with unknown individuals regarding funds, stop all actions immediately and contact Tebbit’s official online support for assistance. - Tebbit will continue to investigate and combat fake platforms and impersonators
The risk management and legal teams are actively tracking related fake websites and scam groups and will pursue legal action. Tebbit will strengthen anti-counterfeit measures and security monitoring systems to block fake domains and malicious links. - Please stay alert and verify official channels
