- For Profit-Making Accounts
- Accounts that generated abnormal profits during the spike will have temporary withdrawal restrictions;
- Users are required to contact customer support to roll back the abnormal transactions;
- Withdrawals will be resumed after the rollback is completed.
- For Loss-Making and Liquidated Accounts
- Users who incurred losses or were liquidated due to the abnormal spike should contact online customer support;
- The platform will provide full compensation for the related losses.
