No limit. You may bind multiple payment methods as needed. - Which bank cards does TEBBIT support?

Payments
- How do I pay the merchant?
- After creating an order, choose a payment method.
- Pay according to the merchant’s payment details.
- Return to the App, tap “I Have Paid” to confirm.
- After the merchant confirms receipt, USDT will be released to your account.
- I paid but didn’t receive USDT—what should I do?
First, check whether your fiat account was debited. If you still haven’t received USDT, contact the merchant via the order page. If there’s no response, submit an appeal for platform intervention. - What is the “payment window”?
It’s the time limit set by the merchant (typically 5–30 minutes). You must pay within the window and promptly tap “I Have Paid.” - Why does my order show as timed out?
If you don’t tap “I Have Paid” after paying, the order may time out. Contact the merchant immediately or resolve via appeal. - I paid, but the merchant says they haven’t received it—what now?
• Settlement times differ across banks, especially for large transfers. Communicate with the merchant and wait for confirmation.
• If something seems off, contact your bank support to verify the transfer status. - Can someone else pay on my behalf?
No. For security, TEBBIT allows payments only from the account matching your KYC. - I mistakenly tapped “I Have Paid” but haven’t paid—what should I do?
Ensure payment hasn’t been made and request order cancellation.

You can edit or delete a saved payment method and re-bind the correct account. - Can I use someone else’s payment method?
No. You must receive funds via a bank card or e-wallet under your own name. - How do I safely release coins when selling?
Always confirm funds received before tapping “Release” → “Confirm Release.”
Safety
- What is the T+1 restriction?
Crypto purchased in Self-Selected Trades can be withdrawn only after 24 hours to enhance security. - How does TEBBIT protect traders?
• Escrow: during the trade, the seller’s USDT is held in escrow to ensure safety.
• Appeals: if a dispute arises, you can appeal and support will intervene. - What is an appeal?
If a dispute occurs, submit an appeal. Platform support will investigate and adjudicate. - Are merchants on the platform trustworthy?
